VoltAlpha

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 28 July 2026

VoltAlpha builds AI systems that run on the client’s own hardware, specifically so their data doesn’t sit on somebody else’s platform. It would be strange to run this business and be careless with yours. This policy is meant to be read, not survived.

1. Who is responsible for your data

شركة فولت ألفا لأنشطة الخبرة الاستشارية الحاسوبية وإدارة المرافق الحاسوبية, a Single Person Company registered in the State of Kuwait under Commercial Register No. 539750, trading as VoltAlpha. Contact: [email protected].

2. What this website collects — the short version

This site has no contact form, no analytics, no advertising trackers, and sets no cookies of its own. There is nothing here that follows you.

The only way to contact us through this site is to click an email link, which opens your own email program. We receive whatever you choose to write.

3. The longer version

a) Information you send us. If you email [email protected] or [email protected], we receive your email address, your name if you sign it, and whatever you put in the message — which typically includes your business, your use case, and your hardware. We use it to reply to you and to scope work. Nothing else.

b) Information collected automatically by our hosting provider. This site is served through Cloudflare, Inc., a US company acting as our hosting and security provider. Cloudflare processes technical data necessary to deliver and protect the site, including your IP address, browser type, the pages requested, and timestamps. This is standard web-server logging and is used for delivery, security and abuse prevention. We do not use it to identify or profile you. Cloudflare’s privacy practices are at cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.

Cloudflare also obfuscates the email addresses on our pages to protect them from scrapers, which is why some email links pass through a cdn-cgi path.

c) If we later add a contact form, this policy will be updated before it goes live, and it will say exactly what the form collects and where the submission is stored.

4. WhatsApp and messaging

Where you give us your phone number — or where a client engages us to build a WhatsApp messaging system — we process phone numbers and message content for the sole purpose of sending or receiving the messages you or our client have asked for.

Specifically:

5. Client data during an engagement

If you engage us to build or install a system, we may see your business data during scoping, build, install and support — documents, files, database contents, or system configuration.

Our position on that data:

6. Who we share data with

We share personal data only with:

We do not sell personal data. We do not share it for advertising. We do not use it to train AI models.

7. International transfers

Cloudflare and Meta are US-headquartered and operate globally, so data handled by them may be processed outside Kuwait. This is inherent to using the public internet and is not something either we or you can avoid while using a hosted website or WhatsApp.

8. How long we keep things

Email correspondence: kept while there is an active or prospective relationship, and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records. Server logs: retained by Cloudflare per their published retention periods. Phone numbers for messaging: kept only while the messaging service is active, and deleted on request or at the end of the engagement.

9. Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the information we hold. No system is perfectly secure, and we don’t claim otherwise. If a breach occurs that affects your data, we will tell you.

10. Your choices

You can ask us what personal data we hold about you; ask us to correct it; ask us to delete it; ask us to stop messaging you; or object to how we’re using it. Email [email protected] and we’ll respond within 30 days.

Kuwait does not currently have a general data protection statute conferring statutory data subject rights on all businesses. We offer the rights above as a matter of policy, not because a law compels us to.

11. Children

This site and our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.

12. Changes

We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date shows when. Material changes affecting how we handle data already collected will be notified to affected clients directly.
